How Do I Use It?

How to use COS mode in build 42.
  • Navigate to the path where the mod is installed.
  • Create a 42.0 folder.
  • Create a common folder.
  • Paste the media folder / mod.info / preview.png into the 42.0 folder.

    The recipe code writing method has been changed in 42Build. Since COS (Costume) mode has approximately over 200 modes, converting to 42Build's recipe code is an extremely laborious task. In 42Build, you cannot create costumes in (42 build) the crafting tab. There are two methods: Spawn items in cheat mode. Select items in the clothing selection screen when creating a character.

I'm curious how the costume crafting works because the thumbnail for Lady Hunk had me excited until I saw the full picture, haha.

My end goal: I want the Lady Hunk top but with actual leg and feet clothing, maybe male if possible.

Can I craft a Lady Hunk top half and other skin bottom half that'll come together? Or could I craft a costume that only changes the top half, even, and uses whatever I was actually wearing for bottom?

Or can/does the transmog mod work on these skins? Would I be able to use the "hide" option on the legs/feet to return to whatever I was actually wearing?

And to craft costumes, assuming they allow skin mixing, would I have to subscribe to each skin I wanted to pull from? And does the whole system have a parent mod or does each skin also come with the whole mechanic attached?

There is no workshop ID or name ID. Servers cannot use this without leaving off steam site to check a google document. This is not feasible for servers that run hundreds of mods at a time.
