Description
Background Story:

The story of Muv-Luv takes place in a parallel universe where humanity is on the brink of extinction due to an invasion by an unknown alien species called BETA. BETA is an aggressive alien species that cannot be communicated. The first contact between humans and BETA occurred in 1967, leading to the Lunar War. In 1973, BETA arrived on Earth and landed in Kashgar. The appearance of the Laser-Class BETA completely smashed humanity's air superiority, and within a few years, BETA had invaded most of the Eurasian continent. In response to BETA, humanity developed a new type of weapon, the TSF, or Tactical Surface Fighter. However, humans were still unable to halt BETA's expansion until around 2000 when next-generation TSFs were developed, and breakthroughs were made in the Alternative Plan. But soon, humanity would realize that their enemy is not only BETA...





Function:

- Enter the game, choose the difficulty and initial resource level, then select one of the faction: Human or BETA. All hostile AI will automatically select the opposing faction.

- Add BETA, Tactical Surface Fighter and Tactical Surface Attacker units from <Muv-Luv>. Add Land, Air and Navy units from Modern War.

- AI will build and drop nuclear missile, AI will build Anti-Laser AL missile, AI will use orbital drop, AI will not build the walls.

- BETA's main Hive will automatically upgrade based on time, BETA's AI will use burrow attacks and Landing Unit, BETA'S AI will be produced endlessly units in the later game.

- AI unlimited production capacity. Strongly recommend to choose AI as teammates if you are new to this mod.

- BETA deal armor-piercing damage to units, Laser-Class intercepts most projectiles.

- Added OST and Music from <Muv-Luv>. You can always mute the "music" in Rusted Warfare setting if you don't want it.

Q&A:

1) What is the difference between Muv-Luv ATE and Muv-Luv 1983 mod?
- ATE is an independent mod, background set in 2000, using modern military units and TSFs.
- ATE uses low-resolution units, which means that ATE only needs 1000mb of memory to run, while 1983 requires 3000mb, which is more friendly for mobile users and can reduce frame drops and lag issues.

2) Can I run Muv-Luv ATE and Muv-Luv 1983 at the same time?
- Maybe, but it is not recommended, because ATE is an independent mod.

3) Can I use Muv-Luv ATE to run Muv-Luv 1983 maps?
- No.

4) Can I run Muv-Luv ATE with other mods?
-Some functions may conflict or become unusable.

5) Can I play this mod in PvP?
-Not recommended, because the mod is designed for PvE and isn’t balanced for PvP gameplay.

6) What are the future updates?
-Muv-Luv maps.

@KaiserKrieger The limit of the civilianFactory is 40, usually it will lock once you build up to 40, but if you build more than one civilianFactory together it will exceed the limit and it will convert to the RLF civilian factory

Question, how does an RLF civilian factory spawn? In a custom map game with my buddies one of their civilian factories turned blue and later spawned RLF faction fighters, which then continued to spawn more later on in the game even if the factory was long destroyed, this is the first time I've encountered this happening.

大佬有无平衡更新计划,日本太强了,其他三阵营基本没有什么轮椅单位,可以像日本一样加入更多更强的英雄单位吗:pm1Ilfriede:

Hi everyone,

Due to certain limitations encountered while creating the campaign map, we are currently remaking the ATE mod, which is expected to take some time. The new version of ATE—especially the design and systems of the human faction—will differ significantly from Version 5.1. Once completed, the new version will overwrite the current one.
