[Client-Side] Killing Floor 2 Dosh

This is a client-side mod which means you can play online and not suffer from mismatch errors.

A very unsual mod that changes the texture of KF's pounds into KF2's new Dosh currency. Hardly noticable. This texture mod also uses a higher resolution than the original texture! TY Alan for giving me a big fat stack of them during NYCC!
The person on the bills is Alex Quick (KF_Alex). He is one of the makers of the original KFMod (went by Shatterline Productions), one of the playable soldier during KFMod 1.0 (as Private Quick), worked on Objective mode for Killing Floor (as the Story Mod mod), the Toymaster mod, creator of Depth (before parting ways with Digital Confectioners) and is currently now with TWI for Maneater.

ANY mod/map/whatever that uses the dosh will also be affect! (Examples: Trader's Menu, DoshOrAlive Map, etc)
