[Red Alert 3] Imperial Engineer Player Voice

"You called, your Eminence? I am your engineer for today!"

This player voice allows you to sound like the overly-polite and servile Imperial Engineer from Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, and its expansion, Red Alert 3: Uprising.

Basically just regular salarymen looking to boost their careers, Imperial Engineers are insufferable, groveling wimps who nevertheless perform important work for the Empire of the Rising Sun. Skilled with technical matters, they can perform just as well as their Allied and Soviet counterparts, shuffling through conflict zones without complaint for whatever business the Empire desires.
