Description
Unintended stuff:
- THE RELAY IS SUPPOSED TO GET HIT BY THE LASER WHENEVER A LASER IS COMING FROM ONE OF THE 2 PORTALS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T SKIP THE SOLUTION BY EXPLOTING OFFSET PORTALS WHERE THE LASER DOESN'T HIT THE RELAY ! ! !
- Cube throwing, speedrunning techniques, etc.

Due to the contest I had to use the vanilla PeTi editor. Instead of crafting an entirely oldschool styled map, I tried to incorporate more modern ideas from maps with very limited portal surfaces. Turns out it's meh. On top of that, I made the map in a couple of hours, so I had to leave out some ideas that would actually turn it into a decent puzzle. Anyways, some ideas are there and maybe you get inspiration! :)

Cool stuff! The cube manipulation in the air in particular was very clever and enjoyable! I did see some unused potential, but I understand there were constraints in play. My only real complain would be the overly large space in some places, imo. But no big deal. My blind run: https://youtu.be/qG8w10sqZl8

Fun map! My only regret is that once you get the cube and transport it over to the entrance area, the rest is essentially a repeat of what came before to get to the exit area, just taking the cube with you; I was hoping there would be two different ways to get to the exit area enforced somehow. Regardless, it's a very elegant map that makes excellent use of restricted sightlines and limited surfaces, and the disabled fizzlers were really funny as a way to create half surfaces.

:steamthumbsup:Excellent map,it was so surprise as a PETI work, just included so many clever uses and reuses, that was very humble to say half-hearted. :p

Map made in a couple of hours, still really good! Really would like to see this one expanded/polished one day. We love a good track platform.

I really enjoyed the amount of logic despite so few surfaces. An especially funny part was the fact that there was only one button and one cube but you never put the cube on the button . Would be very interested in seeing what you could achieve by bee'izing and expanding on this.

@Libbybapa: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it, despite the half-hearted solution, title and so on. Nonetheless, it was fun to build, maybe I should finish the puzzle and bring it to BEE in the future, but the next mapping project should be finishing that bigger map I haven't worked on in a while ...

Excellent!

@all: Thanks for your kind words.

@nerdlingnation: Even better, they help to prevent exploits: Players can not shoot the portal above them, because the emitter/its hitbox/noportal volume blocks the undesired shot.
