Description
Patches Whobound to fit the style of "Make the universe a cuter place".

This mod needs Whobound to function.

This mod seems to be broken as of right now. Whobound's updated since I made this mod, so It probably won't work right. I'm taking a look at it and will update if I can figure out what I'm doing :P

It looks like whobound has been updated since I made this mod and made this one incompatible. I'm not too sure how to go about updating this, but I can take a look. No promises though.

unfortunantely this mod removes the gallifreyan statuses and custom racial traits :/ id would love to use this but it is breaking whobound
