Platformer Test

Description
Feel free to use this as a base for making a platformer!

Controls:
X:jump
Y:unbound
Arrow Keys:movement

This has built in collision (albeit fairly basic), SFX, screen scrolling, and a simple method for tile placing.

I also included a few tid bits of documentation in the code as to what does what and how to place tiles.
