In most cases used coal or wood for power or heat plants, in rare cases oil and rarest in 1929 is gas plants
$WASTE_WORKERS_DISABLE - Waste produced by workers just for being at the building
$WASTE_CUSTOMERS_DISABLE - Waste produced by customers (for service buildings)
$WASTE_PRODUCTION_DISABLE - Waste produced from factory production
$WASTE_DISABLE - Dont know about this one
Here I'm only using WASTE_PRODUCTION_DISABLE, I dont want the coal/peat extraction itself to produce waste, but I want the workers working the field to still produce waste
As far as I understand it produce 0 when building use no workers. Correct? :)
