This is the VTuber Minato Aqua from Hololive wearing Ayame's Dress as Bill. She is coming with everything that ERROR and A loli imported such as; Zoey's Animation, Facial Animations and Jigglebones. I added Boomer Bile and edited her VGUI.

ok then edit a shirogane noel mod that doesn't look right and replace both nick and ellis

As i say, i don't import models. I'm only editing/combine models that exist already.
I can try to do something for Noel as i did for Aqua here, but nothing guaranted.

I don't do comissions anyway. I'm not importing models, i'm only editing existing models.
To answer to what you asked before, there is already Noel on Nick and Ellis and some others survivors in the workshop.
