1. get VPKEdit ( https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VPKEdit ) and subscribe to the addon
2. run L4D2 to download the addon
3. open L4D2 local files, browse to [Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop] then find the addon in the folder (number is in the URL of this page :) )
4. open VPKEdit, open the addon and drag both .bik files to [Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media]
5. confirm to replace it or back up originals first
6. unsubscribe and favorite <3
7. ????
8. profit
