Changes the 1-30 STV z-level range to 1-10000.

I kinda want to make a version of this that triggers 5% of the time it rolls the random location table.
So that not every dreamcrungle gets sent directly to hell, but sometimes you get a fun surprise

Fantastic mod, works exactly as described.

Great for cryotube hunting , but makes Dreamcrungling a bit harder. Was also able to add and remove it safely mid-run.

oh no my defect spawned a singularity, and it sucked me up. sends me 10000 strata straight to hell, and gets turned into a statue on the first turn at level 5
