Replaces the Spitter with the Nurse Zombie from Call of Mini Zombies

i think this is one of the few zombies that has appeared in all the Call of Mini games
(aside from the regular zombies of course)

includes sounds AND spit particle replacement
(heads up tho, some of the sounds are the same as the witch's)

doesnt include purple elite variant tho

dw ill make the common infected eventually (maybe even survivors and weapons too)
