Description
I got bored and had an idea about something. This pack is still a wip.

Replaces Alyx Vance, Arne Magnusson, Eli Vance, Isaac Kleiner, Judith Mossman. Odessa Cubbage, all citizens, refugees, rebels, and medic NPCs. Includes playermodels.

It highly recommended you subscribe to either one of these voice addons for better experience.
