BN EMD GP38MG Pack

This pack is a big "What If" pack, as not only did these units never exist, but the Milwaukee Road was not included in the BN Merger, In real life, the MILW wanted to be included but was not. This pack is basically, what if they were included, and although these units unlock after the merger, we can just say they were delivered in MILW colors, similar to the War and Fakebonnets of BNSF.
