This is a re-upload of the mod found here : https://community.playstarbound.com/resources/floran-cannibal-class-frigate.1399/

All credit to the original author, I just updated a little code to get it working in 1.4

Mod originally had multiple colors and no progression. So ship stays the same at each upgrade. I am not good with art or ship blockfiles or I would update it to progress.
