[PM] Russian Combine 2000s

The addon includes a model stylized as Russian soldiers of the late 90s and early 2000s.
The model is suitable for creating scenebuilding and just for playing.

The model also has:
- Hats bodygroup (helmet SH-68, 6b27, as well as a hat with earflaps)
- Torso bodygroup
- 6 camouflage

I also thank the people from whom the assets were borrowed.
