Description
Adds a caustic flask combat item that allows anyone to become toxic.

Caustic Flask:
Combat Item (2/2)
Noxious
[1 Target]
Become Toxic
-10% Deathblow Resistance (1 Region)
+15% Negative Banter (1 Region)

Notes:
-Only targets the hero using the item
-Debuffs are not resistable
-Found in typical combat item loot pools. Increased chances of finding it in the Foetor.
-Costs 8 Relics

Nope, just makes negative banter interactions more likely for the rest of the region.
