Better Bile Bombs

Description
Introduces a few changes to Bile Bombs to improve their functionality
- Bile now lasts twice as long when an infected is coated in it (particularly good against Tanks)
- The radius of the bile has been increased by about 50%, letting you coat more infected at once
- Survivors can be coated in Bile if they are very close to the point of impact. This helps avoid accidentally coating teammates, but gives you the option to throw it at your feet to turn yourself into zombie bait

How often are you in a situation where you're throwing bile near a Witch and the radius difference of 50 hammer units is crucial?

Brother, can you create a plugin to extend the Motolov effect? If you throw the combustion bottle on the ground, the flame will only fail for 20 seconds. I think the 50% increase in the range of the bile tank you made is too strong. Increasing it by 10% is enough because it can easily startle witches.
