Weaker Slaughter Time Gudgeon Projectiles

Description
This mod makes the Gudgeon guns do less damage, to make it less annoying.

Changes:
- The heat-seeking green projectile now heat-seeks slightly less, and it does less damage.
- All gudgeon projectiles have less armor-piercing capability.
- Regular gudgeon (orange) projectiles now do less damage.
- Knife/Dart projectile does less damage.

Can you make a "Slaughter Time DSOD" mod?
It simply jacks up the damage to ridiculous levels, and makes the projectiles comically fast

(Also, I am perfectly aware that DSOD means "Death Sentence One Down". I'm not just throwing around terms I don't understand)
