Workshop 1 - Housing

Use the new bulk edit tool to copy/paste to your layout.

Everything in this workshop layout is made from in-game props, so can be copied and pasted to any of your layouts without a problem. The town houses are modular so adding/removing things like bay windows, balconies, servants quarters (on the rooftop), front gardens and backyards is pretty straightforward. You may want to add a blank table to the Workshop so you can experiment with modifications before pasting to your layout - just remember to replicate my items before you experiment so you don't lose the originals!

I've added a few people to help with scaling. Note that I've built everything to standard gauge, so the props may look a bit small but you can easily re-scale them on your layout using the bulk edit 'move' option after you've pasted them.

The pics show some of the things you can easily do to customise the buildings.
