Finite Syringes

Description
Makes all syringes finite by default.

This mod is a stupid solution to a stupid problem

It's an incredibly simple mod, I have no idea why nobody made it real till now (unless the mod just didn't get popular)
Literally took me about 10 lines (without the bare minimum mod setup)

I was making it in a rush, so the thumbnail looks messy ;^;
