Standalone version of the Conquest Unlocked mod where ALL Economies have the multiplier values changed for the ENEMY AI BUDGET.

So Ostfront brings more veteran units on lower economy difficulties, but not more of them, compared to higher economies.

If you fancy a challenge, I changed ENEMY SPAWN RATES to match the number of mission stars as follows:

- one star 1x enemy troops (vanilla)
- two stars 1.25x enemy troops
- three stars 1.5x enemy troops

To be honest this makes 3 star missions seem like a proper challenge, especially on LOW Economy with Hardcore difficulties.

This mod ALSO INCLUDES ALL THE CHANGES from CONQUEST UNLOCKED.
