Buncha mean sons of bidges

Same dialogue package as Dust Bandits. They spawn in several deserty-regions, but shouldn't launch outpost events, and they don't have a leader.

love this mod, you should totally have a chance for these guys to spawn with higher grade weapons up to old refitted blades. and armor up to standard. Would also love to see the groups have a chance to spawn with a boss variant who has better stats and gear. just a suggestion!
