Escape from the Rebel Base: Chapter 3 is my fifth map, a campaign map for Half-Life 2, Entropy Zero 2, and Garry's Mod. It is the third chapter in the Escape from the Rebel Base map series. This map does not contain any intentional traps and has undergone multiple tests by various people, proving it to be safe to play.

Plot:

After several exhilarating battles, you are finally close to reaching the exit. The rebels have been nearly obliterated by the Combine soldiers, but they are not ready to give up and decide to make a last stand. This time, you will face not only the rebels but also the Antlions. Fighting alone might be challenging, but the Combine soldiers will assist you in reaching the base exit!

Q: What are the differences between "Entropy : Zero 2's Escape from the Rebel Base: Chapter 3" and "Garry's Mod's Escape from the Rebel Base: Chapter 3"?

A: "Entropy : Zero 2" has removed the follow-point entities within the map and instead uses NPCs that follow the player, introduced save points, and changed the rain effect to particle rain.

Q:When I start the map, All the ai is disabled for some reason, & I haven't really been able to re-enable it.

A:To re-enable the AI functionality, you need to enter two commands in the console. First, type ai_norebuildgraph_if_in_chapters 0 and press Enter. Then, type ai_norebuildgraph 0 and press Enter again. This should restore the AI capabilities within the map you're using.

Definitely the better version of the map to play, it's a lot better than the previous maps in the series. Has a weird music at one point but otherwise pretty fun!

pack in the ain files to fix people's AI issues

also, at the very end fight, it's far too easy to find a side room and close the door and let the end play itself out. Should probably have it go into a "secure lockdown mode" at the end so the player can't cheese the ending.

if commands in desc. is not working try to use "ai_disable 0". It helped me.

As for final battle the antlions are spawning out of air is strange. Also their spawn are a bit... Too close to player's positions. Anyway, found a way to "cheese" this battle
