Hit & Run! Tank Music

Description
Replaces the Tank music with the police chase music from The Simpsons: Hit & Run. Also replaces the game over music with the Busted! stringer.

I'll admit, the music doesn't loop like it's supposed to, but it's good enough for now.
I also made a overlay that was supposed to accompany this mod, but I could not get the transparency to work no matter how many times I tried.
(Also I need a sound effect that plays when the police meter blinks red, but I could not find it anywhere.)
If anyone has the skills to do so, feel free to show your work anywhere around here. I'll featured it as a recommanded mod for this one.
