通信基础设施是technology\engining.txt里，2、3、4、5、6G科技，每个科技解锁建筑等级。太阳能和储油罐是industry.txt里，搜building = synthetic_refinery和building = fuel_silo，修改建筑上限。核电站也可以修改，但是建太多核电站燃料不够用，还要到决议里改浓缩设施的决议时间、数量等变量。

兄弟们，删除建筑槽可以手动修改，在mod文件夹\common\building\00_buildings.txt里面，把军工，民工等shares_slots的变量从yes改成no，就可以不占建筑槽了，state_max是最大数量。其他建筑比如通信基础设施，这个建筑等级还受到科技的影响，需要自己手动改科技解锁建筑等级。太阳能发电、战略燃油储备同理，先启动游戏看看是哪个科技影响建筑等级，再退出游戏手动修改即可。如果装了112建筑槽的mod，还要修改submod的变量。
