Description
Various Exp Boosters for skills that dont have books.

New Tiers of exp boosters added currently 3 tiers (weak, normal, strong)
you can combine 2 weak for 1 normal/2 normal for 1 strong

Exp boosters now have tooltips!! and display the remaining exp in the skills progess tooltip (Same place that exp is displayed in your skills list)
