CoolBug Base Office Expansion 1

This is one of the possible expansions that can be host about 30 workers for a project.

As the Coolbug base office, it has almost everything, lobby, central heating, meeting room, kitchen,....

With all furniture:
Construction will cost about 1.000.000.
Utilities (food, water, electricity) will cost about 20.000 per month.
Staff (cleaning, security, cook...) about 11.000 per month.

The office consists of rooms for 4 or 5 employees, but it is always possible to add an extra computer.
