Clean Headcrab

i know that this has been done before, but this one looks nicer and it doesnt change zombie headcrabs (its incompatible with headcrab remodels because it changes the headcrab model so it can use a different texture)

but it only changes the regular headcrab model because it took me so damn long just to make it work
but lets say lamarr eats watermelons and thats why lamarr is dirty
