Stung beavers are unhappy about it but can be cured with antidote.
If antidote is unavailable they will continue working.
The direct well-being effect of a bee sting is still -1, but there are now indirect effects as stung beavers do not take part in recreational activities. Farmers that get stung repeatedly and do not get access to antidote will therefore become much less happy over time.
