It's just Radio Guy, but instead of being Male_09/Erdim with the face of Male_07/Mike, now it's Travis Brady (The creator of DOG from HL2), created by xinus22 using Male_02/Ted as a base.

I did this because I wanted to see him with a slightly more original and unique look and for curiosity. It was super easy, just took me a few minutes decompiling the models, tweaking a bit the glasses meshs with blender, some rewriting on the qc file, recompiling and that's it, and I really liked the result.
