Description
An overhaul of the vanilla light sources to be more varied and colorful.
Saturated yellow spotlights, firey orange lanterns, and icy teal flourescent lights all carefully balanced for the perfect (Kenshi Vibes)

Upped the saturation of all light sources, with a carefully selected color palette for the best results. Also makes several tweaks to light radius and edge smoothing

Recommended to be used alongside my other mod Mood Shadows. It is not a requirement but will produce the best results.

-----Compatibility-----
No import required, can be installed and uninstalled with no issues.

Load Mood Lighting below any other mods which edit contrast and brightness (Mood Shadows, Darker Landscapes 3.0, Brighter Nights, etc.)

Incompatible with other mods which overhaul vanilla lighting (such as Better Lights). Should work with most expanded lighting mods however some modded lights may mismatch if they use their own color values.

-----Permissions-----
Everything in the Mood series is 100% free to modify and incorporate into your own mods. Credit is appreciated <3

Creates a bit of a painful view when there's a large concentration of torches all around one another (Holy Nation Thrones ect.)

Hi hi,

Love the mod. Only issue I've seen so far is when activated the mod will turn off the stars.

@Shela Monster good idea, but i am not really sure how to implement this change at the moment

Hi Crunk! I have potentially a suggestion for a mod that might compliment this one, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement? Essentially, at sunrise, rather than all torches stop emitting light, they continue to do so like campfires or interior lights. Your thoughts?

I like this, but nights are too dark for me.

@Cian this mod actually increases the radius of most lights. i updated and increased the radius of the 2 lights it reduced
Cian 5 Oct, 2024 @ 11:14pm
I think you may have overdid it on the light radius reductions. My ceiling lights don't even light up the floor and torch posts only get rid of the darkness penalty if you're standing on top of them.

@Bravery i will do this when I have time, everybody's monitor is different so it's impossible to find the perfect brightness for everyone
