Adds in a few hand-held flower pots that give you varying effects. They are all available at any merchant using the 'GeneralMerchantWares' pop table, so I think most merchants? They're semi-rare so they might not show up immediately, and here's the effects if you want to spoil;
Potted Vantabud, gives a radius of the vantabud's darkness around the wearer, and slightly improves your DV
Potted Torchstick, gives a radius of the light around the wearer, and slightly reduces your DV
I wanted this mod to have items that have a benefit + a drawback, instead of my others so far that only benefit. I still plan to add more content as well.
