Because the other 2 bolters are on the TLS skins which are quite rare only spawning in specific locations. I think there is a mod that randomises what TLS skin weapons spawn with that should work with this.

Very good mod, I use a second mod that does the bolter sound and it goes perfectly. Just a question, why most of the times I only get the red bolter???
