Hellion Rework (Wanderer) fixed

Description
My old Hellion rework with some small changes, Only wanderer as of now.

Bypass dodge: Same as ignore but does not remove an ignored token. (if the target had 2 dodge tokens then they'll still have it after being hit)

Howling End is so cool. love charging it up with Winded, that's a great idea. This makes Carcass way more fun. Since Carcass changes Yawp, your version doesn't come through, but that might be too overpowered if it did anyway.
