[2025.1] Officer Roles Import/Export

Import and Export Officer Roles. Adds an option to the officer role dropdown to export the preset.
Intended to work alongside my Officer Roles Management QOL, but not required. Either will work fine alone.

The reason this is a separate mod from my Officer Roles Management QOL mod is that this mod necessarily requires data storage access on the player's machine. I didn't want to force that level of permissions onto a QOL mod just for a feature only some people would use.

Exported Officer Roles can be found in the uboat game directory at UBOAT\OfficerRoles\Export as PresetName.ini
To import roles, create an Import folder at UBOAT\OfficerRoles\Import
Any ini files in that directory will be imported as roles. By design this should only happen once per launch.
