Thorium Unlimited Bard Energy

Description
Adds an accessory (similar to LuiAFK's Unlimited Mana) that gives you unlimited inspiration.

Also adds a configurable damage multiplier to the accessory to account for unlimited inspiration, which defaults to 0.8x which keeps it in line with other classes' damage output.

Could do something for items which add max inspiration to still have a value - Very good for challenging modpacks still

Is there some way I could locally edit the file to make the crafting recipe from the essence of the primordials or something like that? I know I could just choose not to craft it until then but I am planning on playing with a group and would like to just have a bar rather than an honor system
