------------
The sister level to "Saving Pvt. Ryan - Omaha," this mission puts you a few hundred meters east of the 116th Infantry Regiment's (29th ID) landing zone at Dog Green, and has you stepping into the shoes of the boys of the 16th Infantry Regiment (1st ID) as they land at Easy Red, on Omaha Beach. Faring just as bad as their comrades on the other beach sectors, the men of the 1st Infantry Division are landed in waist deep water, and must slog through the surf and dash up to the relative safety of the sea wall, dodging machine gun and mortar fire the whole way. But survival isn't your mission - you must first secure the exit off of the beach for the tanks, and then push to the German's heavy artillery positions behind the beaches. Good luck; you'll need it...

Thanks! I'll tweak the balancing to make for better axis gameplay in the early objectives.

My original design had MG's in the bunkers at the artillery battery (final objective), but I found that it was way too unbalanced. Basically, with the numbers of Germans there, you would kill the MG gunner, and they'd immediately get replaced, so it was impossible to move up.

Bit of feedback for the mission.
There are no German reinforcements for the first two objectives, none coming from the hills at all. I don't know if this is intentional or not. On the last objective with the artillery pieces and two bunkers, would be nice to see a MG42 in those bunkers. Other than that, i really have no problems with it. Using the french lmg, the 24/28 for the Zb. vz. 26 was a brilliant idea by the way.
