Description
The SPARTAN Pack replaces the L4D1 survivors with Masterchief (BILL), SPARTANS Palmer (ZOEY), James (FRANCIS), and Baker (LOUIS).

You can't change the Firstperson arm models of the L4D1 characters?

I included a file that changes the names for the characters. Other add-ons that have the same file will change it to something different. So it may not show depending on what add-on was downloaded first.

Nope, this add-on does not change the voices. (Though it would be cool if it did)

Because I'm subscribing to a mod that filters the voices to make them sound as if they were speaking through helmets...
