Description

Fix DAMNlib runflat tire,old mods like m998 is not updated with new DAWN lib, so there is two types of runflat tire,now you can convert between DamnLIb runflat and M998 tire,you can also repair the old tire with new DamnLib Tire Repair kit
Additionally,the repair kit can apply to vannilla tires.The repair kit is craftable.
