Description

This mod gives player and AI three (3) base recruitment points. Works on all difficulties.

Nope. You just get 3 recruitment slots base, and you can increase it by building military infrastructure an other buildings.

New to the games here. Does Recruitment point equal skill points? I searched for skill points and that's how I found this mod.
