Peleset Launch Colours

Description
As implied, restores the Peleset to their launch pre-High-Tide colours and emblem. The vanilla ones are the civil war faction now as the launch ones were made the civil war ones when the Peleset became playable.

Lightweight, should be compatible with just about anything.
