Hoplite Rework

Description
Simple mod that gives a huge buff to the Hoplite and a buff to the Companion Cavalry

Hoplite
Now has Phalanx promotion, giving it +30% defence
Also starts with Moral promotion regardless of heroic epic

Companion Cavalry
Now starts with Flank Bonus promotion, giving it +100% flank attack bonus
Great General 1 promotion has been removed

These buffs allow Greece to actually perform well in early game war.
