gm_institute_near_castle_pyramid

Welcome to the Institute of Garry's mod! We study Garry's mod there.
This is one of many branches of Garry's mod institute.
A city has been established around the institute especially for staff and external students. Everybody gets a place in 9-floor or 5-floor house.
Everything interesting, dangerous and etc. removed to other territories. This institute territory is safe. The institute is used for study Garry's mod.
This institute doesn't have any errormaking or errorcomputing technics. This institute doesn't connect to errorpipe.

**Institute**
5 floors, 1 is basement;
Security post;
Side doors are open;
Elevator for all floors, including underground place;
Access to underground place from elevator could be limited from security post;
The assembly hall is located between the first and second floors;
The assembly hall control room is located between the first and second floors;
Every floor has a bathroom
Some cabinets already occupied:
1. control room;
2. dark room almost like in gm_construct;
3. color room almost like in gm_construct;
4. classroom with anti-hooligan furnitures (every user is very polite, but you can use npc there);
5. empty warehouse;
6. server room.
Control panel locks control room, locks city's teleport building, control bridge, control city wall and it's gates. To move control panel use cmenu→drive
Like the real institutes there is a special service room near wall.

**9 floor building**
9 floor, 3 flat per floor. Side flats has 4 rooms, central rooms has 2 rooms. Separate bathroom.
Lift is working up to 8 floor.
There is 2 satellite dishes on the roof that tracks rocket and airship.
The flat on the last floor has been renovated with Barsick's opinion.
In case if you have troubles with the elevator: lift shaft and lift room contains button to send the elevator to 4th floor

**5 floor building**
3 entrances, each with 5 floor, each with 3 flat (45 flats). Simplified version of 180 flats.
2 room per flat, combined bathroom.

**Teleport to underground**
Control panel with camera;
Warning panel;
The entry is lockable
The same building located underground

**Bus station**
You can call 4 buses:
1. double-decker bus (almost like in Kostanay!);
2. compartment-bus;
3. normal bus;
4. dining bus.
Mouse button for bus function, other button activate special anti-stuck system. Help it with steering wheel.

**Airport**
There are 4 small planes and big one plane are available to spawn.
RMB to fly, LMB to shoot.
Caution! Big plane is not fixing during flight.

Empty construction site almoslt like on Kray map.

Seafront pieces are working as elevator.

The bridge is working.

.Castle.
A lot of free space!
Rocket!
To control rocket install npc_gman (usual G-Man from HL2) on the throne.
Control panel are located in the head. Big lever starts the rocket (or send it back), the rest is choosing rocket direction.
G-Man was taken from Kray map (link will be available later);
Caution: gates are crazy.

▲Pyramid▲
Unique swimming beach! This is swimming pool and beach at the same time.
Useful stuff are located in the side place of the throne. No need to go down for glass of water.
Other side contains teleport. Caution: do not press any button, if the teleport is working. Otherwise you'll get a flickering screen. It's not very usable.
Do not break control panel on the throne - it's control the elevator and iris. Second control panel in the basement is not repolace for main panel.
Rugs is a warning line. The elevator is big and not safe.
To teleport to the upper pyramid:
1. send the pyramid elevator to the last floor;
2. press the pyramid button.
Warning! Teleport will not working if there is a rocket or an airship between pyramids.

Fake "Kray". Almost like the real one: forest, house, river, cave with waterfall, construct site, teleport frame.

In control room for fake "Kray" you can control teleport. You can turn on "Kray" label to not forget where are you in now.
Empty place. Just like places above, but empty.
You can entry to this places via teleport in metal room.
There is also 3 cranes behind the pyramid and 3 construct site between mountain and pyramid.

.Mountain.
The bridge is breakable. To repair the bridge you can chop down some tree with collision or just pick up a magic item in the cave.
To entry the treehouse: step on branch and look to the tree entry. Branch will move you up. To move branch down just look to the place where you just come from.
House in the forest contains rainbow machine. To activate is use a monitor.
Mountain area are inspired by Kyrandia.
In opposite site of the treehouse there is a hidden monitor. Activate it to move in airship room.
Airship contains airfiedl. Cactus controls airship's elevators and door. Middle seats control guns. Central seat control the airship. RMB to fly, LMB to freeze.

Construction site
In/out in the garage teleports on ground level. Green - in, red - out.

Castle in the sky
Rocket stop point.
Small "sea" with islands.
Throne is usable.
Control panel controls teleports in this building.

Forest with lake
Rocket stop point.
Rainbow bridge destination.
Small house.
Small castle.

Underground
In underground part of the institute there is a garage with 2 vehicle. Garage is hidden by stone wall.
You can also spawn special bus on wheels from the garage (dupe version is here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2894702234 ).

Underground castle
There is some G-Man legs that could be tickled.
In the main building of the castle there is a special button that can loop sky downside and upside. It's working for players and NPC.

Possible lore (?): house were once grown here. Some of harvested building are located in fake "180" place. The house with flats still has no elevator. Or... castle come here? Or... pyramid come here first? Or... mountain disappar in one place and appear here. Or... old institute in underground already was there (or it's just old unused supplies).
Or... underground castle was used for hunting for wild houses. Anyway, institute come here after all of this. It's safe and everything already studied.
There is no more any scary things and everything that you can imagine here. Because everything already moved to other map.

All vehicles are spawnable through the buttons.

There is enough place for GMDoom maps!

Bugs:
All lightning are low quality. If I make it fine it will not available.
Bright cabinet on the 4th floor of institute is a bug, not feature.
Sometimes rocket could fly without flame output.
Indicators for pyramid's teleport could works wrong.
NPC navigation is navmesh only. There is very small limits in source engine for nodes.
G-Man face could be broken. This could be because you are using low quality product that is just imitate G-Man to control G-Man. Or it's engine bug.
GMDoom with GMDoom doors on: doors could lock doors on upper floor.
Smoke and cloud textures could be broken. No idea why.

For map makers:
In 9- and 5- floor houses and institute no all floors are world brush. Some of floors are transformed to func_brush to reduce limits.
Some props should have different sizes. But it's could crash Garry's mod server on Linux. Because of that many props are not resized.

There is few ai nodes in the city. Mostly between 5- and 9-floor houses. I hit node limit so I can not add more

Institute is a building with big colored window and "g" logo (as in addon image cover). It's between the 9-floor building and the bridge in the city.
