Holy Nation Weapon Variety

Gives more weapons to the Holy Nation. Vanilla weapons will be much more common in NPC loadouts, but there is a chance for some alternate weapons, too!

Some weapons like the Long Cleaver/Flesh Cleaver are implied to have been in Holy Nation use due to their presence in outpost ruins, while others like the Horse Chopper and Topper are mentioned (but disabled) in the FCS.

Polearms are a possibility for Holy Chosen, mostly just because they make sense to fight skimmers and are just a horse chopper on a stick, anyway.

Short cleavers can be found on Chosen and Servants.

4% chance for a Chosen or Servant to come packing a Toothpick.
