Tilt Gear Proof of Concept

Description
This is the first version I've built of tilt gear I saw a tiktoker make. I roughly built the gear off of the video and thought it worked well and looked cool. No retraction for now but I would love to see somebody try and add it. I think you could just attach the gear to the body with a servo but I aint doin it (yet)
