Firstly, trolleybuses get slightly higher capacty (becasue there's no engine compartment, so mrore people can fit in the bus) compared to regular buses, and they get double bendy bus, to compensate the fact they they need dedicated roads.
Secondly I've made almost 40 of those buses (times 2, becasue of the liveryless ones). If I made every variant of every bus I could easly end up with over 100, which would just be too much.
