Section E-41, the major residential hub of Katar where much of the industrial work force resides... now reduced to rubble. Commander, it is time we show the citizens here why the Federation is paramount to their survival.

Just completed all your maps last night, and wanted to say this is excellent. You are one of a few map makers who I guess "gets" the scale of the combat involved in SSTs, and your maps are heavily detailed. I really appreciate how high numbered the swarms were, without feeling unfair. Also your inclusion of allied units, battling in the beginning does a great job at making me the player feel like im a smaller part, of a much larger battle being waged. Id say this series is up there with the Sabers revamped SSTTA missions at making it seem like youre actually taking part in a battle of a war. Something the actual developers of SSTTC kinda failed to do outside of the last mission.

@Rampage, there is actually an elevator near the parking garage to the right of the hive that can you can use to have any infantry unit get on top. When it comes to the jac trooper unable to actually capture anything that is a restriction built into the game, not much I can do about that unfortunately. There is a flag in front of the hospital that opens the door so you can use the sky bridge between both sections.

I am unable to secure the middle relay. I understand you need a tac jumper to get up there, but he can neither enter the building nor collect the material in front of the entrance? I managed to get into the other relays fine

@carveid4, yeah looks like when you enter the transport it is considered not deployed for a second. Which was the check. I believe I have it fixed now just need to test a few more scenarios. Thanks for the feedback.

Great map! Feels very authentic like another Varuna level. Lots of details~~ Maybe you are already working on it, I tired to transport CMD Harey across the map and it triggered mission fail. Maybe during transportation the unit is considered lost. Otherwise it was fun! :steamhappy:

@dennis.larsen, thanks for the feedback. Yeah that is an oversight that I'll look at fixing. I cannot really control the amount of scorpions and ravagers spawned by offensives outside of deleting them with some triggers but I'll probably do some light balance changes.

@talldued148, thanks for the feedback. I can see how it can be frustrating but it is unlikely to change for this series of missions.

Forgot: CMD Harey (or what the name was) can be despanded without failing the mission. If through he is a mission objective to keep alive.

Thanks for the work. Great map. Some feedback. The game (not the map) is not balance. Which is to say that the Scorpion and reavers can't be hit with air strike! and rocket also do little damage. That in combination with the contiune attack wave make it impossible.

The bug get stuk in kill zone in top big base. And later some get stuck in middel.

My strategi was therefor only to clear 2 hive. Before getting to big base, to limed grow and new type, the reavers.
And also get to the boxs with support. And hope for a bug to get stuck, so no attack wave.

And also to keep a small hive at the top. To have army close.

My feedback is to limit scopions and reaver, and maybe set a longer time for attack wave.

Also due to the strategi, this will limit how the map gets played, and that is sad.

Still a great map , with a lot of detail. Thx

I want to like this... You have a lot of access to tech... but I have to give it a thumbs down. You cannot have the mission fail if 1 unit dies. It's such a dumb reset.
