No.

How do I switch skins?
To switch between skins, right-click the head and scroll down to find two buttons: "Next Skin" and "Previous Skin." These buttons will allow you to cycle through the skins of a character.

How do I use abilities?
The Defenders mod features many unique abilities, each activated through a specific limb. Some characters also have abilities that are always active, like Luke Cage's enhanced durability. You can also switch the ability on a limb to another via the context menu. However, there are currently no characters with multiple abilities assigned to a single limb, so this feature doesn't yet apply.
