Less native unit cluttering and easier high tier recruitment

Description
This mod sets all possible recruitment buildings down 1 tier, to make sure players can recruit more advanced units in their campaign, as some are extremely difficult to reach, especially without the global recruitment function.

Furthermore, to make factions feel more unique, native recruitment buildings beyond tier 1 have been removed to reduce the number of unit cluttering. To make factions specific units feel more unique, instead of for example being able to recruit all unit types thanks to high tier natives or having 5 different archer variants that do the same thing.

Isn't this also active for the sea peoples?

@Nothing:
sounds interesting :-)
thing is the tech that gives you gold for each T5 building doesnt affect those buildings then.
would it be possible your mod keeps the T5 building but adds some buff to the building to make it worthwhile still building it?

While I do like the option of native troops as it gives the map more flavour, I think this is a good direction to go towards. Rn the game really wants you to make native units and maybe augment them with chariots. Low level factional barracks just providing niche garbage really makes them a non starter compared to native barracks

Ive done some testing with this mod and I think its significantly improves the gameplay experience

Factions feel more unique and elite units are more achievable to recruit

The garrison units are not changed by this mod

i really noticed AI has al silver units and they have not even done anything on the campaign map and i invaded (as Troy) we pretty much vanquished 1 empire and 2 low factions and i lost to a small island kingdom because i had bronze and they had all silver as garrison lol

Jup
And thus make higher tier units more achievable to recruit and reduce the native units being so numerous that they overshadow the unique unit rosters

so this makes all unit buildings availible one level earlier and disables native units above tier 2?
